Before you begin.

No. The White Belt curriculum assumes zero starting point. We teach foundational breath, mobility, and bodyweight basics before anything explosive. The path is built so anyone — even total beginners — can step on it day one.

Most lessons require nothing but your body and a small patch of floor. A pull-up bar unlocks Green Belt and beyond. Optional gear (rings, parallettes, a jump rope) is recommended at higher ranks but never required.

Most lessons run 30 to 45 minutes — long enough to build real adaptation, short enough to fit a busy schedule. Three to four sessions a week is the recommended cadence.

No. Ninja is strictly a fitness and athleticism program. We borrow the spirit, discipline, and aesthetics of ninja training — not weapons or combat techniques.
